I'm trying to find a director for a project I just wrote. The easiest way to describe the project is if something along the lines of Stephen King's Carrie was set in a superhero universe (with maybe a bit of The Craft thrown in for good measure). Trying not to give away any plot points, but that should give you the tone/style I'm shooting for.

Trying to find actors and a director for my latest very small, some would say indie project. I'm not sold that it will be a box office hit either way, so am in need of no real STARS.
Lead Actor - Male - Age 40-55 - Race: Any - Our lead suffers from depression, with fleeting moments of joy and happiness. He carries this film, being alone for many parts of it.
2nd Largest Role - Male - Age 30-40 - Race: Anything other than Caucasian - This character needs to be able to play smart but also look as though he is a working man. A builder with the brains of a doctor.
The last three roles are all minor, appearing 3 maybe 4 scenes but they all need to be able to deliver the powerful dramatic scenes.
Female - Age: 40 - 55 - Race: Any - Worried, Energetic, Happy
Female - Age: 18 - 28 - Race: Any - Singer, Caring, Beautiful
Female - Age: 18 - 28 - Race: Any - Optimistic, Looks like a bit of a rebel. (Has the most face to face scenes with our lead other than the other male.)
As for Director: The story is very sombre, and a real tearjerker. It is also a character study. I would prefer someone that has been underutilised at LRF

Looking for a new cast for a new film.
Looking for an artist who's wife has recently died leading him to retiring from his works. The death obviously leaves him upset for months on end, often refusing help and wanting to throw his life away Age 45-65. Any race.
A New up and coming male painter, age 20s. Seeks out the main artist and is one of the leading people to bring our lead back into the fold. British.
Our male painter's girlfriend. Is the key source in bringing our lead back into the fold. Spends the most time with our lead character, eventually insisting on helping him un any way he wants. 20s. British.
*** Updated to make them British***

For the first part Billy Crudup. Michael Fassbender is another name that comes into my head when reading the short description.
For the second role- Alex Wolff, Charlie Plummer, Nicholas Hoult, Timothee Chalamet, Lucas Hedges, Wyatt Russell,
For the 3rd role I’m thinking Evan Rachel Wood, Kaitlyn Dever, Elle Fanning, Greta Gerwig, Elizabeth Olson.

I am looking for a director, I originally was going with Terrance Malick, however the film has gone in a totally different direction. I feel it is in more of a similar style to The Phantom Thread, however I do not want Paul Thomas Anderson directing.

Anyone have some ideas for actors in their 50s who could play the roles of Theodore Roosevelt and Booker T. Washington, respectively?
These are supporting parts but they're important historical figures in a movie from a well-respected director so I'd say there's relatively few restrictions.

Here are a few, based on my very limited knowledge of them both Booker T Washington: Jeffrey Wright ? All the other names I have in mind are in their 40's or 60's Theodore Roosevelt: A bit of a left field choice but Nick Offerman (52) or Russell Crowe (58) ?

I am looking for a 25-35 year old British/European/Australian Caucasian male actor for a starring role in a historical epic-type film I just finished. They don't necessarily need to be an A-Lister, but someone headed in that direction at least would be preferable. Additionally I'm looking for an actress with those same attributes for the female lead/love interest role. To give a feel for the type of actors I'm looking for, the film is similar in tone to something like Titanic - so a type of high-stakes historical romance.

I'm looking for an actor to take on the role of Attuma in my Namor the Sub-Mariner series. The character would appear in a smaller role in Namor 2, and if things go well could become a more major villain in a possible Namor 3. I need someone who would be physically imposing/intimidating toward Alden Ehrenreich's Namor (he doesn't have to be a hulk, just bigger than AE) and not mind being covered in blue paint for months on end (so probably not an A-Lister, but still someone talented enough to potentially be a primary villain in the future).
