Another actress i'm thinking about is Danielle Brooks, but i'm not really familiar with her work I've only seen her in Peacemaker and she's good in one of the more straight dramatic roles in that show. Plus she has musical experience as well. Lizzo would be the flashier name but I'd say Brooks would be the safer pick so just depends on which you prefer. I would say, though, that inexperience doesn't matter as much if it is more of an ensemble. |

Hello, Sammy-Jo Ellis here, I am needing help with casting, I asked Jimmy and he told me to post here. I have finished writing a film based on series of short stories I read a while back, Troll Mountain. It's a Fantasy/Adventure film much in the same vein of Lord of the Rings etc.
Race: It's fantasy so anything.
Raf. (Lead)
Raf is seventeen, but boyish in appearance. He is small and thin with gangly limbs. His hair is sandy-coloured. Partly due to his size, Raf is not strong like the warriors of his tribe but he is nimble and fast.
Ko (Large Supporting)
He is a small old man with a long greying beard, oddly pointed eyes and he wears a hat made of wicker. Despite his appearance, he is a skilled fighter; when it comes to using crossbows and swords.
Düm (Motion Capture) - Troll
Düm would appear to most to be relatively unintelligent as his speech consists of simple words and phrases, as is common with members of the low-born troll class.
Turv (MC) - Troll Prince (20-30)
Bader. (Small Supporting)
As a son of the tribal chief, Bader received the biggest portions of food, fine clothes and was encouraged to practice fighting and wrestling all day. He grew taller and wider than Raf and began to assume a haughty attitude, ordering Raf and other folk around as though he was already an elder.
Kira.(Small Supporting)
Kira is quieter and less adventurous than her brother Raf. She is a sweet girl who cares deeply for her older brother. Although Raf is four years older, Kira frequently worries about him and looks out for him.
Chief. 40's (Small Supporting)
The chief enjoys the best food from the tribe’s crops and has grown fat during his reign.

The two leads are crucial to the film’s success. I think I have the lead for the African American character but unsure about the lead for the white kid.
I’m looking for an actor that is either teenage or can play teenager.
He obviously needs to be white and also can be believable as a jock.

Felicity "Flick" - Female - 25-30 - Writer, Introvert, somewhat Awkward.
Abby - Female - 25-30 - Outgoing, Bubbly, Fun.
Oscar - Male - 25-30 - Outgoing, Fun, A rock for Flick to lean on
Basic Premise: Flick and Abby were close friends in school. When the two went to high school they drifted apart. A chance encounter at a bar reignites their friendship, maybe something more?
EDIT: Also if someone would be willing to read over it I would love that, I would ask Jimmy but I find he is to nice when looking at my films.

I am looking for a couple of actors to play two major roles in an upcoming superhero film and am having some trouble finding the right people (partly due to the casting limitations of LRF superhero projects - meaning it can't be someone commonly associated with current superhero films in real life and cannot have appeared in any LRF Marvel or DC projects). I have a handful of names I'm already considering for both roles, but nobody is standing out to me right now.
The first role is a middle-aged veteran military man who now runs a private military unit. The closest Hollywood comparison of what I'm picturing that I can think of is Stephen Lang's character in Avatar. There would be some light action requirements for the role, so it should be someone in pretty good shape (or at least someone who looks strong despite their middle-age).
The second role is the corrupt politician (probably a US senator or sorts - someone high up with strong defense department connections, like a Dick Cheney type) who employs the private military company to infiltrate and capture living specimens from a certain underwater civilization.
