I'm looking for an actor to be the villain of a new pitch I'm cooking up. The film is a 70's style B-movie. The villain should be 45-60 and capable of some action (or at least be in good shape for his age). He is the leader of a group of a cult that deals heroin in L.A. to raise money to build his own army deep in the California desert. I'm trying to keep the budget lower (since the story is pretty bonkers so far), so I don't want any huge, bankable actors for the role. Maybe someone who was pretty famous 20-30 years ago (so their name is still recognizable) but is now more affordable.

Some of these ideas are really random (I basically just thought of a bunch of movies from the 90s and actors from them): James Van Der Beek, Skeet Ulrich, Matthew Lillard, Mark-Paul Gosselaar, Matt Dillon, Lochlyn Munro, C. Thomas Howell, Anthony Michael Hall, Casper Van Dien, Thomas Jane, Dominic Purcell, Josh Lucas, Kerr Smith, Jonny Lee Miller, Jeremy Sisto, Freddie Prinze Jr., Tom Welling, Edward Furlong, Jake Busey, Bill Sage
Someone else may be able to help narrow that list down (or mention someone I didn't think of).

The names that stand out to me from the list based on the description are Lochlyn Munro (something so punchable about him), Jake Busey, Thomas Jane, Jeremy Sisto, Matt Dillon. Some other names: Christian Slater, Michael Jai White, Dean Cain, Jason Scott Lee, Dennis Rodman

Callun Mulvey

The issue with Mulvey is that (despite being a good and somewhat recognizable actor) he isn't going to bring any name value to the film. The rest of the characters are set to be played by relative unknowns (although one is the main lead in my upcoming Friday the 13th film), so I need at least a little bit of name recognition from the villain (at least someone who could headline a DTV film).

I am looking for someone to play Joe Keery's former superhero father in an upcoming project (a talent issue has forced my previously proposed choice out of the role). Age: 60+. It's a pretty big role in a pretty big film, so a well-known actor is preferred. Since this is a superhero project, no actors with strong/current DC or Marvel connections (in or out of LRF) will work. The actor doesn't need to be in superhero shape anymore, but he should still be in decent shape for his age (at least not super round or anything like that). Ashton Kutcher is currently in line to play Keery's older brother in the project as well (if that helps).

I'll give quite a varied group (most of whom I don't think have worked at LRF at all): Arnold Schwarzenegger, Richard Gere, Tim Allen, Bruce Campbell, Rupert Everett

I'm working on a live-action Dilbert comedy series for LRF NOW Originals, but I'm having trouble finding the right guy for the title role. My first instinct was Drew Carey, but then I realized that he is nearly 65 years old now, which feels a bit too old for the role. Does anyone have suggestions for a comedic actor (aged 35-55) who could play Dilbert?

I don’t know much about the character but, visually, two actors that come to mind are Kevin Sussman and Joey Slotnick. Obviously neither have been a leading man but both have that vibe to me.

They even made references to it and he had a plush of Dogbert in his office. I'd be interested to see how you'd pull this off, like how you'd present Dogbert since he is a talking dog, but I can't remember if it was something only Dilbert understood. Could be like a mix of The Office and Office Space. A few casting choices to considsr: Jonah Hill, Josh Gadd, Daniel Joseph levy, Zach Galifianakis, Eric Stonestreet, Paul Walter Hauser

Looking for some actors in the ~24-30 age range that can play nerdy (and are preferably blonde) Not all of the names I could think of are blonde, but they have lighter hair at least:
Lewis Pullman, Freddie Highmore, Jack Quaid, Ben Platt, Miles Heizer, Cayden Boyd, Callan McAuliffe, Joel Courtney, Jake Short, Michael Provost, Skyler Gisondo
