Wow I really liked Letter To Myself. Reminded me of Me, Earl, and The Dying Girl mixed with some realistic filmmaking like Manchester by the sea. I gotta say I found it all very entertaining

Thanks guys, really appreciate it. I didn't really go for a distinctive style while writing, it could only be a realistic film. To give you a bit of a backstory of the writing of this film, well I started it but was unable to finish it, so I went away and my friends completed it. I don't really who specifically wrote the end, but I'll give props to them, as I don't think I would have been able to finish it by myself. Overall, I'm glad you enjoyed it.

I'd say 97,5% of it ia true. We weren't really that good at hockey, I was compared to my opposition, they weren't. We weren't playing in front of sold out crowds, mostly parents and friends and my dad wasn't the coach That's all.

Letter to Myself and Hands on a Hard Body are both serious contenders for Best Picture at the Golden Reel Awards. Two great films.

An excellent round last time around. Three very good and profitable movies. Hoping that this round will continue the hot streak!

Thought Blackbird was great. Measured, focused, and haunting all at once.

Thanks, Chad! I'm really glad you liked it.
I wasn't expecting it to do so well financially, so that was a pleasant surprise.

Thought Blackbird was great. Measured, focused, and haunting all at once. Can't agree more, the kind of psychological horror I love. On another subject: WE DID IT ! THE CURSE HAS BEEN BROKEN! A PROFITABLE FILM FOR MICHAEL B. JORDAN!

I really dug KITE. Based on my memory of the source material, it is a very loose adaptation, but I think that made it work better since some of the stuff from the original would feel silly and gratuitous in live action. The casting and director choices also felt spot on (nominations for Foy and Crowe feel like a given).

Did anyone like The Host my weird panda bear movie. It’s my weirdest movie by far.

I thought The Host could have used a bit more character development and plotting, but I did like the weird, creepy moments throughout. I really liked the poster Admin made as well (I like that it used the image of the panda masks and felt it captured to odd, unsettling tone of the film well).
