Although I desparately think the director should be Gore Verbinski or Edgar Wright.

I've got mixed feelings regarding how Song of Sade turned out.
I'm glad that a little profit was made, especially since the cast wasn't the best in terms of star power, but reading what critics had to say was really humbling.
Looking back, I think where I went wrong was with Sade herself and what she was doing moving in the first place. And it would've been better if I hadn't made Sade so in your face.
Well, nothing I can do now but take it on the chin and hope that the next movie I make turns out better critically.

Yeah the whole thing is a humbling process. You lose some and win some here. There's really no guarantees

I thought Life of A Champion Part 2 was going to be the Empire Strikes Back of the Life Of A Champion movies. I thought it was going to change how you viewed the first one. So yah I believe it’s all luck.

I'll need a little help from Wesley Campbell for the database entry of Saga. I can't find Donnie Yen's and Michelle Yeoh's roles.

Barr, Marko's dad, is Donnie Yen
Klara, Marko's mom, is Michelle Yeoh

Well I gotta say I'm disappointed in how things planned out for Saga. I guess I could have done a better job working the story out. Too bad it's a shame cause I had all the other films written out and now I don't see them being made at all now. At least, I can say I went for it. Too bad.

It happens to the best of us. Don't worry I got an idea of what story you can do next to try and accomplish what you tried here.

Too bad it's a shame cause I had all the other films written out and now I don't see them being made at all now. At least, I can say I went for it. Too bad. This is why I never write sequels in advance. When I do it, I get all hyped and if it eventually flops it's a huge letdown. It never happened to me yet, but I never write sequels in advance. I usually wait for the film to come out and adjust with the criticism and the feedback I receive. Too bad it happened on your first film. Don't give up. 5 of the 8 writers who recently debuted started with a loss. No need to worry.

Yeah but that's not good if 5 out of 8 have failed. I mean I really do wanna do a good job and I really want Bone to work and that's my next animation feature. I'm worried I might have added too much.

I'm worried I might have added too much. Hey man don't worry. Just focus on the characters and make sure you have the RIGHT cast and director... That matters the most. The only thing that sunk Saga according to the critics was the story didn't take time to introduce the world and the scenario to the audience. Sometimes being faithful to something doesn't always work. I've read the comics and I know you we're saving how the two leads met but it would have helped the film more if that was first and then described the events going on. Also maybe more explaining why everyone wants their child would have helped. Otherwise if the story worked, this would have been a better reviewed movie cause you're choice for motion capture and Andy Serkis directing was the highlight of it all.
