Ciao to everybody:) Let's see if there are some news and curiosities about the next films of my stable of writers. - The next film to come out will be Care of Death by Ben Collins. According to him it is a film without many pretensions and very big names involved (such as Damned Ship) and made specifically to entertain the spectators. We hope it succeeds. He said everyone had a lot of fun making the film. Leven Rambin said she was very happy to enter the world of LRF, especially in a starring role or so, and she hopes to return in the future. We can also see a couple of photos from the film.  Leven Rambin with a suffering face, this shot is supposed to come from a scene at the beginning of the film.

- As for the movie " Bad Dreams come true" we will try to say something when the first names of the cast involved are announced by the LRF. From what is known it will be a Thriller. - Fear of the dark. There is no new news for this horror film but Chloe Moretz and Katherine Langford enjoyed making a drawing about the film and posted it on her instagram profiles. Thanks Chloe and Katherine, good.  |

The Brilliant Friend is the film that writer Ben Collins is most curious about due to its impact on critics and box office. A still photo of Samara Weaving(I demand that "Mayhem" arrive in Italy on DVD..) with an enigmatic smile has also been released.  Samara Weaving in the movie. 
This scene also comes directly from the film even if it does not feature either Lily Collins or Samara Weaving,but two secondary actors.As for Resident Evil 4 there are no news while from the set of Shouts from the Well filming has started and is proceeding quickly. The project is still rather secret, so nothing is known about the cast yet but on Reddit a news has come up, or rather a drawing. A David Fincher superfan posted an image from the film's storyboard. If it were real, what would it represent?

BREAKING NEWS:
Good Italian actress Carolina Crescentini,40 years old, revealed to an Italian newspaper that she made a film for LAST RESORT FILMS,called Ghost Stories.

The actress has revealed that it is a supernatural horror in which she will play a mother in a secondary role. She also said that the horror genre is new to her and that it was her first experience working with international actors and everyone helped her a lot. She also thanks a lot Luca Guadagnino, the director of the film, for calling her. The actress also showed some photos of the beautiful locations of the film.

Care of Death has just been released, despite the quality of the film, I hope it has at least been able to entertain the spectators. Obviously I thank the Admin for the nice poster he made. I'm very curious to see in the future that of The Brilliant Friend and especially that of Fear of the dark. I thank the cast and the director for the work done. I hope to work with you again dear Leven. Also for the first time I tried to insert a soundtrack in one of my films, in my mind all the songs go to stick in a precise point of the film ... I hope you find it too  I wanted to create a mix of genres and I hope this soundtrack is not taken in a negative way. I hope that after three consecutive negative results, the box office will be positive again. - Bad news for Resident Evil 4 after the rumors of some cast members of the past weeks. The film that should have been released next season has been moved to the next due to production problems and work commitments for a key member of the cast. However, its place will be taken by Alien vs Predator 2, which had no problems in its processing. Rupert Wyatt revealed in an interview with fans that the film will be titled Alien vs Predator: The Long War. However, it did not reveal anything very significant. - In an unspecified future there will be a sequel to the Dragon Ball film: The Wrath of Demons King of season 13. The kind Giovanni Garcia has sold the rights of the saga to Carl Flimmer who will take care of the writing. Carl has already revealed that the script is well underway and will talk about the arrival of the Saiyans on earth. Thanks again to Giovanni for the concession. - In a recent video game-themed event in Tokyo, Chinese actress Jing Tian was invited because she had lent her voice in a famous video game and answered some questions from fans. Asked by a guy who asked her what videogame character she would like to play in a movie, she replied: "Nice question...Xiaoyu from Tekken, without a doubt. I love the Tekken videogames and I love that character. I would love to play her in case Tekken does a movie." Then she giggles and thanks for the question. On social media, Tekken fans are unleashed on Jing Tian's response (especially for the final giggles) and wonder if an important Tekken film may be in the works.

The filming of " Shouts from the well", one of the first films of the next season, has officially ended. The story of this film is still secret even if David Fincher wanted to release some more information with promotional images.   The cast has also been kept secret so far but the director revealed that Thomasin Mckenzie will be part of the film. David Fincher said he wanted Thomasin at the exact moment he read the script as she showed great talent in "Jojo Rabbit" and "Leave no Trace". David is quite convinced that Thomasin will become one of Hollywood's top actresses in the near future and will certainly try to work with her again. As for the film, David says it's a dark story, at times distressing but that it will also focus on important aspects such as friendship and union in difficult times. David goes on to say that it will be an ensemble film where, however, the character of Thomasin will be the protagonist. From the images released it can therefore be deduced that the film will be set in the dark period of the witch hunt and that the protagnosts will probably have to fight for survival and against people's ignorance. For Ben Collins it will therefore be the second time that he will try his hand at the subject of witchcraft. The first time was Black Dublin with an excellent Kirsten Dunst which turned out to be a pleasant surprise all in all. But if that time part of the story was based on studies and real facts, in this case the script is totally invented.  An imagine from the movie. It is not clear who the actress is, it does not look like Thomasin McKenzie.

To my big surprese Bad Dreams Come True it went well both at the box office and all as reviews. Honestly, I had bad feelings about this film because it seemed to have a somewhat old narrative structure even if from the reviews and thoughts of those who saw the film it was still pretty solid. Also my fear was not to write correctly what I had in mind thus creating a somewhat confusing story.
As for the cast, I wanted to choose an interesting cast with rather well-known names. The main cast was chosen from the start except the name of who was to play Julia Green. The first name I had in mind was Megan Fox. But then I decided to replace it. Among the actresses contacted who responded positively were Olivia Wilde, Amber Heard, Emmy Rossum and Mila Kunis. In the end I chose Mila Kunis because it seemed like a suitable role for her. A couple of changes have been in supporting roles with Maya Hawke fighting for the role with Millicent Simmonds and Imogen Poots wrestling with Brittany Snow and Leah Pipes. I agree with those who say that some important characters such as B.Cranston and S.Amell did not have a lot of space in the film but still I wanted E.Moss to be the real protagonist (As in "Visions" .. I am still convinced that she deserved a place among the nominations in the awards of that season ..). However,in this case she had less space to show her talent than her except in a few scenes, despite her performance being appreciated by the critics.
Also I would have liked to deepen her character Amy Mendoza played by Vanessa Hudgens more by giving her more space but in the end I left her in the background.
So the writer Billy Cruder finally manages a good result after the last He Kills, Village of Madness and Red Farm disasters even if on LRF NOW he has shown that he can write discrete things.
The news had been circulating online for some months and finally Billy Cruder has decided to release an important news, the Tekken videogame saga will enter the world of LRF NOW in the future. Billy reports that the drafting of the plot is practically finished, he says that he is putting easter eggs here and there in the story. Billy's idea would be to create a series of small films (or episodic films or short films ..) within LRF NOW thus giving a greater background to some characters to make them more interesting in the film that will be released at Cinema. Billy says it's not going to be easy because the stories of many characters are not very suitable for movies and you have to create a lot from scratch so if any Tekken fans want to get involved in this adventure they can.
I would love to create a Tekken universe here on LRF.
But there is a surprise, a casting of one of the characters that will be in the future film. Billy points out that she will still have a marginal role (As for she may have something of her on LRF NOW).
The character in question is one of the most hated by the fans (But I like her  )
 
26-year-old Emma Dumont (Until Dawn,The Gifted,Wrong Turn:Last Resort) will play Eliza in LRF's Tekken universe.

I like this unique approach to an issue that I assume some of us have faced when adapting expansive pre-established properties. Don't know how it will work out but I look forward to it! |

The news of another casting is official, this time of a well-known character in the Tekken universe. Tanaya Beatty will play Julia, she is an actress I really appreciate and absolutely wanted in this franchise. Unlike another Julia-like character, for whom I had a lot of doubts about casting, I chose Tanaya for her from the first moment.   TANAYA BEATTY will play Julia in the Tekken universe.

- Shiori Kutsuna ( Murder Mistery, Deadpool 2) is officially Kunimitsu in the Tekken universe. The Ninja is surprisingly back in Tekken 7 after her disappearance after Tekken 2 sending fans in raptures. Will we find out why? We'll see.  
Shiori Kutsuna, Kunimitsu and her clothing that she will also have in this universe.It will take some makeup and red hair dye to transform her into Kunimitsu but in the end it will look similar. Also Shiori has a good experience in Japanese action films (Besides Deadpool 2) and so I think the choice is good from that point of view as well. - Another photo has been released. There's another actress who is training hard for her role. Surely this actress is better known than the three I have presented to you so far. Who is she? However, it will soon be discovered.

The time has come to give the official confirmation of the actress who will play one of the most loved, well-known and iconic characters of the entire Tekken series, Nina Williams.  After the photo released a few days ago that portrayed a woman training for the film, a hunt for the actress who was featured in the photo developed. The gorgeous Katheryn Winnick has confirmed on her instagram profile that she will be Nina Williams in the Tekken universe. Billy Cruder says Katheryn Winnick was the first person cast in all cast for all characters. Billy says he wanted Katheryn with all his might and she accepted without a doubt. We also remember that she has a great talent in martial arts, in fact she is a black belt in Karate since the age of 13 and she is a very very skilled in Taekwondo. She is licensed as a bodyguard and runs three martial arts schools,also.   |

Tonight (In Italy) the latest film by writer Andrew Doster directed by Craig Gillespie (I love I, Tonya) was released. I decided to choose a cast of young, talented and quite well-known girls who all did a good job. Obviously it's a pretty typical horror with a supernatural killer killing the victims one at a time in a closed setting like a psychiatric hospital. The film certainly has flaws such as that of not having been able to adequately exploit the character of Anya Taylor Joy, a fantastic actress. I hope that she still managed to entertain and did not bore the spectators who went to see it. Chloe Moretz did her duty to her in which I believe she did a good performance. Then I really appreciate Katherine Langford from the first moment I saw her in series 13 and immediately chose her for the role she plays in this film. Peyton Roi List, on the other hand, I know her, but I haven't looked at Kobra Kai or the Disney Channell products she took part in (Maybe I've only seen an ugly little movie called Outskirts) but she has a nice face so I immediately inserted her into the film. Maisie Williams, on the other hand, needs no introduction and was very good at playing the germophobic character. Then I brought the two new entries into the LRF universe, Sydney Sweeney and Cassidy McClincy. Obviously I am aware that this film will not win anything in the awards and will not have Nominations either but I still enjoyed writing it . I also make a small reminder for poor Naya Rivera who was one of the candidates for the role of Natalie Santana (Surname I entered later given the role of Naya in Glee) and she probably would have gotten the part too. Meanwhile, another official has arrived for a character from Tekken. Mike Moh will play one of the video game's veteran actors, Marshall Law.   |

After the release of the first Tekken stand-alone film some information about the next one was released. The film will be set in Japan and should be about Kunimitsu ( Shiori Kutsuna) and the Manji clan run by Yoshimitsu. Shun Oguri ( Lupin III, Godzilla vs Kong), talented Nana Komatsu and Kiki Sukezane ( Heroes: Reborn,Westworld,The Terror) join the cast of the next Tekken film which is expected to be released next season on LRF NOW.  Shun Oguri (38 years) will play a rich business with implications for the local underworld.
Talented actress Nana Komatsu (24 years) instead will play a girl who works as a stripper. The actress is highly rated in Japan and I immediately chose her for a secondary but quite important role in the movie. I hope that in real life she can make it to Hollywood because she is a very interesting actress.
The actress expert in martial arts Kiki Sukezane (31 Years) has an unspecified role in the movie instead. She was initially being seriously considered to play Kunimitsu before the role was given to Shiori Kutsuna. |

After the promotional images leaked yesterday showing how Nina and her sister Anna would have been in the film, some of the cast members are revealed today, as well as the protagonist Katheryn Winnick. Rila Fukushima ( Star Trek: Enterprise, Resident Evil 2) will play Lana Lei, one of the leaders of a criminal organization who will clash with Nina. In addition to Katheryn Winnick, Rila Fukushima was the first cast member to be cast in the film. There was a possibility that she had a high salary to appear in the film but in the end she accepted the role without major problems.  Ryan Eggold ( Drawing Dion, The Blacklist) and Josh Lawson ( Mortal Kombat) will be two members of the team that Nina will collaborate with in the movie.  Emily Beecham ( Outside the Wire, Into the Badlands, Cruella) will play Anna Williams within the Tekken universe. The actress chosen is a surprise name and has bypassed in Anna's casting choice other interesting names such as Shantel VanSanten, Catriona Balfe, Lauren Cohan or Lizzy Caplan (Although I believe most of them would not have agreed to participate in films released by LRF NOW.). However, the choice of Emily Beecham was made after seeing her in the Netflix movie "Outside the Wire" with Anthony Mackie. I later went to look for information about her and saw that she has good fighting skills due to her role in "Into the Badlands". After talking to her she was thrilled to join the cast.  Meanwhile, in a couple of rounds, the film set in this season's Tekken universe will be released: Tekken: Ninja Clan. I am very curious to know the reactions regarding that film. |
