I'm sorry I didn't send more choices. Is it okay if you someday in the future do a part 3? I'm gonna work to find out underrated performances.

Last call for the next Hidden Gems topic: Favorite Underrated Performances. The only rule is that it must be a performance that was not nominated in one of the main 4 acting categories (Lead and Supporting Actor and Actress). And for what it’s worth, this does not have to be performances that just missed out on a GRA nomination (although that’s probably what comes to mind first). You could also use this to highlight performances that might not be seen as traditional awards-friendly roles (like a comedic or action performance).

Last call for Cult Classic submissions. Look at last week's blog for criteria

Loved the article, Chad. Considering the number of FNL cast members I've cast over the seasons - Chandler, Britton, Burge, Plemmons, Kitsch, Smollett-Bell, Leland, Chris Mulkey (Coach McGregor in Season 2 of FNL) - I think it's safe to say I was and still am a big fan of the show...
Another name worth mentioning in the former FNL cast member discussion is 3-time GRA-winner Caleb Landry Jones (Batman: Gotham Knight, Runaway), who appeared in the recurring role of Jimmy, the drummer in Landry's band in 5 episodes across Seasons 3-5. He was barely out of high school when he started playing the character, but he's obviously an actor who has gone on to much bigger things both in and out of LRF (including appearing in two of the films nominated for the Best Picture Academy Award back in 2017: Get Out and Three Billboards Outside Ebbing, Missouri).

I knew there'd be someone! Only on season 1 of my rewatch and totally forgot he was in it. I've edited the post to include him, as well as finish my blurb about Peter Berg (again, it was late when I wrote this!). chadtaylorlrf.wordpress.com/2020/05/03/texas-forever-the-legacy-of-friday-night-lights-at-last-resort-films/

When will there be more articles in your blog? The articles you wrote in the last season were excellent Don't know when the vault posts will return. There were murmurs that other writer blogs were going to be having features in the last few months so I decided to take a break on it, plus the LRF NOW posts will be doing some similar stuff in highlighting older films. The door is open to return to it in the future if the right ideas come about. Otherwise, I will probably be making posts around the time of my releases this season.
