Can some help me cast this crazy idea I have for my second movie? I have no idea who to cast or who to have as director. Oh hi! I'm new. Plot: Ed or Edward: A loser in his world beginning to be feel helpless by how mundane his life has gotten since he got passed over for a promotion he deserved that his office bully got by stealing his work, his fiancée leaving him to go for a career as an actress on a reality show, and his family treats him like a servant by how extremely wealthy and successful they are. One Day, while going for his boring, plain cup of coffee, a smooth-talking savey, & handsome man, Kirby, seats up to him along with his two partners offering him a job outside his normal life. When he refuses, Ed notices he's being hunted down by an unknown group of criminals at his workplace. After being saved by Kirby & company, Ed learns Kirby was Ed's partner in crime... in another alternate universe. He and his group go through dimensions to stop criminals trying to unite the worlds together which would cause a multi-universe ending event. Ed is the next "alternate" to receive all of Ed's former selves from across the Multi-Verse. Ed or Edward: a fun loving somewhat nerdy guy who later gains into a more confident and charismatic individual. Has to have action skills along with comedy. Open to any race in his 20s. Kirby: a smooth-talking savey, & handsome man, who's a leader at heart and has his team's best interest but has a mysterious past that leads to huge implications. later 30s to mid-40s. White Angelica: A self-contained, acting bored, kind of like a stubborn/snotty millennial who has vast technologic knowledge past anyone her age. She delivers her lines with a deadpan delivery. Dresses somewhat emo mixed with hipster. mid-20s open to all races. Luther: 30s open race man who's been a prized fighter or kind of fighter in most universes. Isn't the brightest bulb in the box but makes up for it with loyalty and dumb charm. Action actor but will mostly be comedy. Director: Someone who can handle CGI but mostly is focused for fun action with funny/loveable comedy any age, race, or genre is welcomed. As long as they don't have a checkered past Warrick: A calm, but heinous man who looks doesn't repeat himself and never shows his emotion unless he wants someone to die. 40s to 50s open to any race. A charming but unstable villainy character.

Hi, I would like to ask for advice for actresses (important and less important with an age of 20-35 I think) who have a suitable face to participate in a film set in the Hollywood of the 20-30s. The film could trace the career of a Los Angeles journalist who stumbles upon various Hollywood scandals of those years. If I have forgotten any actresses who may be in the film, feel free to write. Obviously there will be events involving males but in the meantime I focus on the female cast of the film. 1) Olive Thomas, 2) Mabel Normand, 3) Mary Miles Minter, 4) Barbara La Marr 1) Clara Bow, 2) Marion Davies, 3) Mae West I don't think they will all be (I have other names in mind too) in the film but in the meantime I'm starting to get some ideas. Thank you:)

Thank you. Could the idea of the film I have in mind be interesting? How could the story be set up?

I think it sounds interesting. I could picture it as a more serious, 1920s version of something like Hail, Caesar! where you have some sort of detective working for the studio trying to uncover facts of a couple of scandals some of the actresses were involved in and trying to make it look better for the studio (or something like that). Based on the scandals and the timeline, I would probably suggest starting the film with the main character making Olive Thomas' death in 1920 look like an accident (instead of a suicide like many suspect) before transitioning over to the murder of William Desmond Taylor as the main storyline, which both Mary Miles Minter and Mabel Normand were involved in. That's how I would probably tackle the subject at least.

Yes, I too wanted to start with the death of Olive Thomas and then move on to the murder of William Desmond Taylor. Hope to be able to do a good job:)

Hello Everyone, I am in the process of scripting out a pitch for an adaptation of the survival horror game series, Outlast. Due to the graphic nature of the game series some aspects will have to be toned down in order for me to hopefully get approved for an R rating. I wanted to get some feedback/casting suggestions on my list of characters for this potential Outlast Film.
Plot: Miles Upshur, an eager and headstrong, investigative reporter's ambition is about to earn him an intimate tour of hell on earth. Always willing to risk digging into the stories no other journalist would dare investigate, He seeks to uncover the dark secrets at the heart of Mount Massive Asylum but what he discovers at Mount Massive Asylum is far more sinister and dangerous than he could ever imagined.
Miles Upsher- Caucasian Male Mid to Late 30's, Height 6'0- An investigative reporter who ventures into the dark and hell like underbelly of Mount Massive Asylum. I am not really looking for A Big Star named actor for this role, as having a more lesser known or recognizable actor could really add to the tension and fear of this film. I currently have a shortlist of Finn Wittrock, Josh Peck, and Oliver Jackson Cohen lined up for the role, but I am open to feedback and other suggestions for this role.
Chris Walker- Caucasian Male muscular but stocky build, Early to Mid 30's, A hulking, deformed ex-soldier who was committed to the asylum for PTSD. He now roams the halls of Mount Massive seeking out and killing everyone he finds.
Father" Martin Archimbaud- Caucasian male, late 60s to mid 70s A strongly religious ex-patient who believes himself to be a prophet of his god and is convinced that it is his duty to spread its gospel.
Dr Richard Trager- Caucasian Male, slender build, 6'0, mid 40s to mid 50s, Formerly an executive at Murkoff, Trager became insane after the downfall of the asylum and now experiments on patients in order to gain more knowledge about biology. Despite his cheerful and friendly demeanor, he is a sadistic psychopath who revels in torture and death.

Miles Upshur: I like Wittrock and Jackson-Cohen, Peck not so much (not convincing as a leading man). A few other ideas: Ben Barnes, Theo James, Charlie Cox,
Chris Walker: Cameron Britton, Manu Bennett, Kevin Durand
Father Martin Archimbaud: William Sadler, Tom Noonan, Brad Dourif, Alan Rosenberg, Leon Rippy, Jeffrey Jones, Rade Serbedzija
Dr. Richard Trager: Patrick Dempsey, Matthew Fox, Neal McDonough, Matthew Lillard
