Figure since EP has just been revealed as my next movie, I may as well detail the next three seasons of projects I have in store!
Season 24:
Obviously, we start with EP, the story of how the titular executive producer almost weaseled his way into a popular show. Leonardo DiCaprio, Jamie Foxx and Seth Rogen take center stage, but don’t forget Dustin Hoffman, Patrick Wilson, Amanda Seyfried and more! It’s set to be one of my bigger releases in sometime, and I’m very excited to see how it does!
Season 25:
The Young Heiress: Next season, I’m tapping back into the animation well for a musical involving old, rare and unused Sherman Brothers songs. This is inspired by the old 50s/60s Disney movies which first got them famous. Marion Cotillard will star as the titular heiress, while Luke Evans, John C. Reilly and Kristen Bell will all make appearances in some form. Of all the animated films I’ve made, I’d argue this is my favorite. It Carrie’s everything from action, drama, romance and a bit of comedy. All with Glenn Keane’s touch.
Kazaria: Burns of the Lavita: Yes, the long-awaited sequel to Kazaria is coming your way next season! Kevin returns and is forced to become the temporary father of a tribe leader’s child. It introduces new friends like a mysterious creature named IQ and a mighty leader in Ortega. But watch out! Trent Ashere is looking for revenge. This film looks to course-correct from the previous film and plays more with the world of Kazaria.
Season 26:
Tara’s Web: This movie is my first foray into the world of erotic/thriller (The Poison Ivy series is my main inspiration) and tells the story of a model who seduces a college athlete in an attempt to get what she wants. I’ll first admit that this may be subject to change, it is set to go over some rewrites as I’ve talked with Roy (who gave some great suggestions and feedback) but I believe this is a film that’ll be worth watching once in theaters!
Zoe’s Vegas: Yes. I actually made a sequel to Zoe Maye. No one asked for it but I got the idea and I decided to put it out there. Zoe Maye and the gang are spending the week at Las Vegas when Zoe meets an old rival and her clique. Is this movie going to be good? I have no idea. I’d still recommend you watch though, as you never know, Judd Apatow and I have pulled some surprises before!
Season 27:
The Saints: The first movie in a hopeful franchise and my own superhero universe. This also marks the first time since Nexus that I’ve partnered with someone (Chad Taylor) and I think you’ll be very excited for it. Meg Donnelly, Maya Hawke and Madeleine Madden all star as the titular Saints, going out to save Alto City from the wrath of a warlord who doesn’t understand this technological world.
Jimmy Neutron: Boy Genius: Ladies and gentleman, I’ve sold out to ‘Big Remake’. All joking aside, this is an attempt to revive a old show and turn it into a franchise in of itself, complete with a potential sequel and maybe a LRF Now Original? We’ll have to wait and see. This film is helmed by Pete Doctor, a man who has proven time and time again to be capable of creating captivating films for all ages, and I’m hoping for the same magic here.
Idlewood Ranch: Billy Magnussen is a cowboy on the open trail on search of some missing horses in Idlewood Ranch. When his grumpy neighbor gets accused of the crime, it’s up to him and several colorful characters to find the truth. It’s a charming little film and one I’m hopeful will strike a chord with you.
There are plenty more projects yet to come, some I haven’t even written yet! I’m constantly trying to come up with new ideas every day so don’t be surprise if more movies from me pop up in the near future.
