Chuck Norris as Stick is a brilliant piece of casting

I’m curious for Jimmy Ellis why he didn’t use the original cast from Zack Snyder’s Watchmen for his sequel? All great actors. Not totally sold on James McTeigue(as V for Vendetta was ghost directed by the Wachowskis and all his other work has been like shlocky action movies).

In addition, not that I wanted those actors, but I doubt I would’ve been given the go ahead

I know there are still some films missing from The Betrothed release but the tension and curiosity for the release of the film is starting to be felt. I worked hard to write it and I tried to include an important cast ... I already know that a criticism will be that of too many characters: D Also I'm very curious if Part 2 of Ridley Scott's Odysseus will turn out to be better or worse than the first movie. Who do you think will be played by the fearsome sorceress Circe (Cersei) in the film? Unfortunately (or fortunately) the season is full of films of the highest level, I think the battle for the awards will be very hard ........ I hope to be in it somehow Also .... shocking news of something coming fast here on LRF in Season 23.. (No ... it won't be a remake or a sequel)

Not long before the release of the film, here is the recap of the cast. Thanks again to Angourie Rice who sang the song during her time on Isla Nublar. www.youtube.com/watch?v=4VZmGh62YdM

Next season looks to be epic. American Idiot Robocop vs Terminator Silver Sable The Giver(I truly hope it’s the movie I read in school and enjoyed and not whatever the hell that movie was in 2015 😆) Uncharted 4 Spider-Man: Sinister Six A Boy and his Robot(Im already down for this) Calvin and Hobbes Poison Ivy Jurassic Park Booster Gold Dark Tower 3

Successful pitch of a film I can finally say I did an original thing on 😆 it’s still based on a time in history, but it’s not all historically accurate, with a few accounts that were said to have happened peppered throughout the film: this one takes a deep dive into Abraham Lincoln as a wrestler, a part of his life not often talked about.
Tryin to reach for one of them golden awards 😂

I still remember 12 year old Alex pumped to see The Giver(I still have a selfie of me right before seeing it) and being super disappointed. That and Glass Castle were both books that I read in school that were butchered from book to screen. But Glass Castle I think had some perfect casting like Woody Harrelson and Brie Larson and I doubt Admin would let me touch it. Luckily I had a different enough take that Admin allowed me to write the movie I wanted to see. The movie is an R rated version of the book. There’s sex in it primarily but not like gratuitously it’s Jonas discovering his sexuality which is in the book but edited out in the film which pissed me off. I’m actually really proud of it. If you have read the book you will get the most out of it though.

I still need to finish my I Am The Cheese adaptation which was another book that I loved in school. Robert Cormier is a great young adult author.
I Am The Cheese is weird too. I feel like even though the book is for kids I feel my movie would be rated R.

Just the trailers alone were like “nope I’m gonna sit this one out” it’s definitely a heavy story that could use a thought provoking R rated serious approach to the story. Just with what his father has to do for work is heavy enough!

But of a slow start where I would pitch a few movies every couple of months, but some juices are flowing. I’ve had this next one I’m writing up in mind for a long time. KRUEGER, which will pretty much borrow origins of Freddy Krueger from the movies and make them into one movie with his killings as the Springwood Slasher before he gets caught. I imagine it being more like Zodiac with a Freddy Krueger story as there will be detectives trying to catch the Springwood Slasher. Will borrow a lot from Freddy’s Dead: The Final Nightmare, but filling in some of the gaps the film didn’t touch on.

If you get that one done, Freddy and Jason will be back under the same roof again (I submitted a Friday the 13th film which appears to be on the schedule for Season 24)
