I just wanted to check in and see what people think of how the Monster Universe is developing and evolving. When they started I wanted to give people the traditional characters they know and presumably love, but now that I've introduced most of the main monsters and am getting into the sequels and spin-offs, I'm really trying to twist up the stories and the characters and do more unique things with them.

I have never watched the old Monster films. I not into the horror genre that much but I am liking what you are doing.

The next film in the series will be a Michael Fassbender-led 'Van Helsing' spin-off that will feature a whopping seven famous monster/supernatural film or literature characters in some capacity (including introducing the next character to get his own film...)
