My favourite categories this season were definitely the Supporting Categories.

For Supporting Actor I wouldn't mind seeing 3 of the 4 win, I don't want Cruise to win.

For the Supporting Actress category I am gunning for Melissa George, but wouldn't be unhappy with any of them.

One snub I am upset with is Ben Wheatley in Director, I personally would have given him Best Director

Jeff Stockton's suspicions regarding why I put the second Poison Ivy up for Most Wanted Sequel are correct. I have an idea in mind already for a third film. If Mind Games takes the Most Wanted Sequel trophy home tonight, I will definitely write it. If not, then we'll have to see...

Just like with every award ceremomy, there are stuff we don't agree with, nothing has ever been perfect, but I don't think this season's GRA were that bad...

Sheesh, someone's salty. At the end of the day, the voters made their decision and they ultimately chose the movies they felt deserved their awards. Nothing more, nothing less. No need to rain on the parade like that.

I see there is some back and forth going on about the outcome of the 23rd Golden Reel Awards. I will say this: Most of the categories this season had very decisive victories, with almost every winner garnering 50% or more of the votes. The only categories that had close races were Best Soundtrack, Best Ensemble Cast and Best Supporting Actress. If you're not happy with how the voting turned out, there's nothing I can do about that. The votes don't lie. You'll get to see the voting percentages yourselves later this week when the GRA Edition of The Numbers is posted....

It's well deserved! I still remember Collins' debut nearly 5 years ago! I'm excited to see what you come up with in the future.

After I saw the voting for Best Soundtrack, it made me wonder... has there ever been a tie in GRA voting? If not, what would happen, would they share the award?
