I find majority of the acting names to be refreshing, seeing Alexander Skarsgard nominated finally, after 13 films. Seeing names like Rebecca Hall, Laura Dern and Adam Sandler has me happy. Toby Wallace, Tye Sheridan, Sydney Sweeney x2 and Katherine Langford, along with a couple other show that LRF and films, in general, are in great hands going into the future. I look forward to Reuben Schwartz's and Stockton's breakdown of this seasons GRA's and of course, the ceremony itself.

I was yelling at that Best Director reveal. If that film would have won Best Picture and the four major contenders ended the ceremony with 3 wins each, I might've fainted.
Another exciting GRAs, in my opinion. Congrats to all the winners!

Best supporting actress - Rebecca Hall, well deserved. She has really been showing up lately in her films (The Night House, Resurrection). Don’t see a close number 2
Best supporting actor - Cillian Murphy - everyone knows I was pulling for this win. My favourite performance of the season. I’m glad he got this award. All 4 were worthy
Best actress - Elizabeth Olsen - I was going back and forth between her and Margot, I believe it was a two horse race.
Best actor - Leo DiCaprio - Not happy with this one. Was a great performance don’t get me wrong, but Alexander Skarsgard was right there with one of his best performances. Leo just has that little more star power in a slightly better reviews film.
Best director - Tarantino deserves this. My pick however was David Robert Mitchell. What he did with Black Hole is beyond me.
Best pic - really all 4 could’ve won this. Wouldn’t have minded any of them. Caesar part 2 was the most epic and probably stuck with more people

I tell you what I think this seasons GRA's are going to be one of the best, especially if Stockton's words of multiple masterpieces comes true.
So far I have at least an actor in each category that I would gladly give the award to already.
