I messaged some writers about their second half shows and some of you still haven't gotten back to me. If I don't receive a heads up from you before the next edition of the James Morgan Show, your show will be officially cancelled and we'll be actively looking to replace it. This message only applies to those who received a message from me.
What that means for others is this, if you want to write a TV show for the second half of Season 3, we may have some openings in our schedule, so feel free to pitch something.

Just wanted to thank everyone who watched with She-Hulk throughout these two seasons. While the ratings were a disappointment, I also did not have a clear vision for a third season so it was probably for the best.
That being said, be sure to stick around for the second half of this season as the cancellation doesn't necessarily mean that this will be the last we see of some of these characters and storylines.

The supporting role casting in 'Crime of the Century' fascinates me but in a different way than 'L.A. Noire'. It reminds me a bit of Lon's out-of-the-box casting in Bad Education. "David Arquette, Drew Carey, David Schwimmer" could easily read as a 90s sitcom and yet here we are in a dark true crime series in 2020.

"David Arquette, Drew Carey, David Schwimmer" could easily read as a 90s sitcom and yet here we are in a dark true crime series in 2020. Casting the lead roles in film and television is usually pretty simple and straightforward, while casting supporting roles tends to be a lot more interesting and fun of a process for me. I have a lot of fun when it comes to casting supporting roles, especially when there are already stars in place in those lead roles (which allows me to come up with weirder, less than marketable names for the supporting cast). It's always a fun opportunity to cast interesting talents against type. Schwimmer is more known for playing neurotic characters, so why not channel that energy as an elitist, old money Chicago millionaire. Leopold & Loeb is the second time I've cast Arquette as a detective. There's just something about his almost spastic energy that I find interesting when I picture it through the prism of police work with him.

And to add to the point, Lon believes that Arquette is one of the greatest WCW World heavyweight champion and wants to give him his due.

Say what you will about the goofiness of the 5-10 160 lb Arquette becoming the WCW World HEAVYWEIGHT Champion, he clearly loves wrestling and takes it seriously (unlike those running WCW who insisted on giving him the title for those glorious 12 days in the spring of 2000).

You may have noticed by know, but we forgot about the James Morgan Show this week, so here it is. Two days later. We completely forgot about it, so he put up something together quickly. The worst version of the show yet, but you should still read to the end, a new show is announced lastresorttv.blogspot.com/2020/05/the-james-morgan-show-310.html

Looks like about half the episode of The Survivors was cut off. I just fixed it. Just a heads up if anyone noticed.

Just realized the ending to last week's She-Hulk was cut off so here's the last bits, in anticipation of the upcoming eight episode:

You've probably noticed, but there were some delays with LRTV these last few weeks. Things have been weird for me lately, but anyways this week's James Morgan Show, the Boreas and The Controllers reviews are now published. Things should get back to normal starting tomorrow.
