Season 31 will be slightly delayed due to late reviews. The Season 31 Comic-Con is still scheduled for September 27th (in the evening). My hope is that the season can begin within a week of then by the 5th of October. In the future, and starting with this upcoming 31st season, if any critics do not submit reviews to films on-time (or do not submit them at all), there will be a three strike policy. Which means if you miss three reviews, you will no longer be eligible to be a critic for the studio. I hate making rules like that, but it has become necessary as studio scheduling and other matters depend on the film's having been reviewed. Speaking of critics, if you are interested, please sign up to be a critic for Season 32 - forms.gle/NFY3e3oQa4JkXj8J8 As most of you know, I really try to allow as much time for reviews as possible, so I am hoping to being sending out Season 32 films once Season 31 gets rolling (and have already sent out a couple).

STUDIO UPDATES: I'm still waiting on a couple reviews from Rounds 1-3 of Season 31, which is why the start of the season will be slightly delayed. If the reviews are not submitted by the end of this month, the reviews will be considered unfulfilled and those critics will receive their first "strike" against their critic eligibility. SEASON 31 will definitely begin on OCTOBER 5TH no matter what. If you are a critic and have been assigned a Round 4 film, I need those reviews soon. Season 31 Round 4: - Animal Farm - The Life Survey - Marvin the Martian I will send messages to the critics assigned to those films if the reviews have not been submitted by September 30th. The SEASON 31 LRF COMIC-CON will be this Friday, September 27th at 8PM Central Time. I am looking forward to the original superhero films we got coming up. Those always risky bets. Audiences will talk about how they want something fresh, yet flock to the 57th Batman movie and ignore the originals. But the original or indie superheroes can be good.

I have decided to just go ahead and send a message out to every critic the studio is awaiting any Season 31 review from, not just the upcoming ones, to hopefully act as a friendly reminder to all. Expect those shortly.

Two more days 🙌 Will there be a time to expect the season premiere posting? 8 AM Central Time. So in almost exactly 47 hours. The opening post will be the debut of the original superhero film Vindicators.

Great work on Vindicators! I could see lots of inspirations from several corrupt superhero stories(Watchmen, The Boys, what-if Avengers had corruption in their ranks) with a detective on the case(I'm thinking the Detective side of Batman meets Dick Tracy) all the inspirations that pieced together a well made Noir. An excellent start to the season.

Fun facts
I feel I was a version of Ben. I always fantasized when I was in middle school and high school about doing graffiti but I never did it. I do remember being a young Bernie Sanders supporter unlike anything else in that contentious 2016 election I felt alienated I was heartbroken. The printer prank comes from an actual prank I remember like two kids doing except what they were printing was far more innocent . A lot of the graffiti was inspired by being in college and surrounded by it.

I can see where a little inspiration from Election came in(exposing high school politics, the popular cute girl gets everything handed to them) and even some Taxi Driver with the internal monologuing and just how a corrupt system can warp someone. The stakes didn't seem to hit too hard and characters didn't seem fleshed out. I'm sure the lead was relatable to those whose been in his shoes, but as the critics said, he didn't give us much to root for.

Also two low budget films called Buzzard and Bindlestiffs. Both great films. I get how the character is hard to root for. I tried for the relationship between mr mont and him to be that humanizing section and the scene where after he’s caught him and Johnson have an argument and Johnson kind of exposes him for not being as smart as he thinks he is.
