I have been working on sequels to Friday the 13th and Amityville (and We Know Where You Live), so hopefully my films only climb the list.

Looks like Banded Ants need to have a reunion. I’d be down for a Next-Gen Banded Ants trilogy, would love to see how they’d fare in this new age for LRF animation.

This round will feature perhaps my most in-depth Top 10 list yet (one I've had to revise given this season's release slate so far)... The Top 10 Most Controversial Films in LRF History...

I hope everyone liked Brothers in Law. Fun Fact, Johnny Knoxville actually approached Hill Valley Entertainment and pitched this film under the working title of Tuesday at the O.K Corral, as a legitimate role for him in a potentially prestigious adult dark comedy

DISCLAIMER: In the hours since posting this comment, I have learned that Frankie isn't really an actor anymore and is a racer. As such, that renders the claim I made null and void.
...yay, the film got decent reviews and made a solid profit! Always good to see. That just leaves Dating Vanessa for the season.

Today I learned that people do not like Frankie Muniz. Good to know. ...also yay, the film got decent reviews and made a solid profit! Always good to see. That just leaves Dating Vanessa for the season. I think people like him just fine. He was one of the most successful teen actors of his generation. The problem is the he hasn't starred in a wide-release film or had a regular role in a series in over 17 years at this point. He seems to have overcome some tough health scares and is doing well for himself as a race car driver but he seems to have largely moved on from acting (as child stars sometimes do).

I think Chad hit it on the head with Frankie Muniz. Nobody hates him (I doubt most even have a current opinion due to his unique career path). Personally, I rewatch Malcolm in the Middle almost every year. But Muniz simply does not really belong on the big screen at this point in his career. In reality, he has a better shot at making it to the top ranks of NASCAR (he seems to be a pretty good race car driver) than he does ever being cast as a supporting character in a Wes Anderson movie.

Sounds to me I've misjudged. Didn't even know Frankie had a career in race-car driving! That's pretty cool and wish him well on that front. ...still not going to cast him again anytime soon if ever.

I am thrilled to see my Tarzan film doing so well with critics and the box office. I spent a lot of time trying to figure out the best tone and how to make the film feel as action-packed and exciting, like how it must have felt for those who picked up the Tarzan book when it was first published over 100 years ago. My earliest notes on the project date all the way back to December 2019, but it didn't really all come together until I decided to write the title role for Jason Momoa in August 2022. Hopefully a second entry doesn't take so long to crack. Hope everyone enjoyed it!

Tamahagane was a blast to write. I loved living in that world. Part of the reason I decided to pick up Katana
